We recently had the pleasure of staying at Flemings Hotel in Frankfurt during an overnight stopover and the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, making it incredibly handy for travelers on the go. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, but one team member truly stood out: Nathaniel. He provided us with fantastic insights and recommendations for exploring Frankfurt in the limited time we had. Thanks to his suggestions, we were able to discover some amazing sights that we hadn't anticipated. His local knowledge was invaluable, and it made our short visit memorable. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-appointed, offering a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. If you're looking for a convenient location, friendly staff, and a chance to explore Frankfurt's charm, I highly recommend Flemings Hotel. It turned what could have been a simple overnight stay into an unexpectedly delightful experience!

I always stay at the Metropolitan Hotel by Flemings when I visit Frankfurt. I live in Heidelberg and love being able to get off the train at the HBF (main railway station) and walk across the street to the hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Frankfurt. From the hotel, I can walk all over Frankfurt or catch the U Bahn or S Bahn at the train station. Okay, the area surrounding the HBF is maybe not so nice but I feel very safe in the hotel. And there are always security personnel and police in the area. The personnel are always friendly, the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, and breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. In addition, the hotel has an old world feel about it, which I love!

So much that we tried to book a night on our return but it turns out we'd got a very good deal on the night we'd booked and couldn't afford the busy season rates! We'll certainly keep an eye out for future visits to see what the rates are. We know what the area is like, but honestly the location was perfect for getting on the train with our luggage the next day. Easy check-in. The rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable beds, choice of pillows, great shower AND bath. Airconditioning was a relief.
